IMPORT/CUSTOMS DUTIES: Please note, you are responsible for paying any import duties that apply to your country.
Weekday orders will be dispatched same day or next day. Orders placed after Fridays cut off time, and over the weekend, are dispatched on Mondays. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays.
If you're not going to be in for your delivery we can leave it in a safe place if you select "Authority to leave" on the cart page. Please note all 'lost' insurance coverage ends once your parcel has been left.
Your tracking number is emailed to you as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you don't have the email, you can get access to your tracking details by logging in to your account on our store.
