One celeb we love is Gwyneth Paltrow, who has made a name for herself in recent years as a vegetarian and health advocate, fitness fanatic and fashionista with her online website Goop.com and recently launched recipe book, “It’s All Good”.

Healthy Diet

Gwyneth’s journey to becoming a health food guru began with her father’s cancer diagnosis, and her own subsequent fatigue, vitamin D deficiency and anemia. Making her health a priority, she began an elimination diet to flush out her system. She cut out coffee, alcohol, dairy, sugar, wheat, meat, potatoes, soy and all processed foods, and said the diet left her feeling more energetic and healthier than ever; it is recipes for this diet that can be found in her cookbook. Such a diet can be a daunting change for most of us, but trying to eat healthier is the key and we’re certain even Gwyneth enjoys a treat from time to time.

Exercise

When it comes to her lean body shape, Gwyneth keeps up consistent cardio exercise, in a recent interview with The Telegraph she said, “I am dedicated to the Tracy Anderson Method and it has completely changed my body. Still, when I first started working with Tracy, finding motivation was hard. She advised me to think of exercise as an automatic routine, no different from brushing your teeth, to avoid getting distracted. Now it is part of my life - I exercise Monday to Friday at 10am and always stick with it.”

Beauty Tips

Gwyneth’s vigorous exercise regime and diet, where she avoids processed foods, is what gives her skin a healthy glow, she recently told Harper's Bazaar magazine, "I really used to be bad with products, but now I exfoliate every night and use a lot of organic oils on my face." She regularly shares her beauty tips and fave products on Goop.
