MBFWA 2014 Makeup Inspiration

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia (MBFWA) took place in Sydney this month and we were very excited that Clean Cut's sustainable fashion show made its debut with the beauty sponsor being LUSH. Although the makeup trends seen at this year's shows may not have all been created using natural products, the hottest pro artist's looks can certainly be recreated using them. Here are some of our faves:

Clean Cut

Models backstage at the Clean Cut fashion show look fresh faced with a luminous alabaster base and groomed brows. The eye makeup has been left minimal with their dewy skin the main focus.

Desert Designs

The makeup team for Desert Designs, led by pro artist Nigel Stanislaus, combined tribal beauty with a touch of glam with the focus being cool elliptical eyeliner

bec & bridge

M.A.C pro artist Nicole Thompson engineered this gorgeous golden metallic eye makeup and luminous skin for the bec & bridge fashion show. Skin is left glowy and ethereal, catching the light in all the right places.

Aurelio Costarella

This sultry, vampy look was created by the M.A.C makeup team, led by pro artist James Molloy, for the Aurelio Costarella fashion show. The beautiful berry lips are a gorgeous Autumn look, combined with a soft, smokey eyeliner on the lower lash line.
